Case Management

our Case Manager Services provide individualized support to help youth and families move from crisis to stability and long-term self-sufficiency. Our case managers work one-on-one with participants to assess needs, develop personalized service plans, and connect them to critical resources in the community.

Education & Employment Workshop

Our educational workshops and employment training programs equip individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve long-term stability.

Our Approach

We use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that recognizes the resilience of each participant. Case managers build trusting relationships while holding individuals accountable to their personal goals.

Through coordination with community partners, schools, landlords, healthcare providers, and workforce agencies, we help remove barriers that prevent families from achieving stable housing and financial independence.

Financial Literacy Education program equips individuals with the knowledge and practical tools needed. Through guided workshops and one-on-one support.

We help individuals navigate transportation barriers that may limit access to essential services.
